ReachOut Answer Music is used by Nicholas Laudani to receive and respond to music-service inquiries, including live-music and music-lesson requests.
We collect information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event or lesson details, dates, location, preferences, budget information, and messages. When a connected service such as Thumbtack sends lead or message information through an authorized integration, we may receive the information that service makes available for that purpose.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, communicate about requested services, prepare quotes or proposals, manage lead history, improve response time, and operate the ReachOut Answer Music service.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the site and communications, such as hosting, email, and authorized marketplace integrations. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
We retain lead and communication information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to reasonable business and legal recordkeeping needs.
